Find the right emailBrowse the stacks by category on the left, or use the Search by situation bar up top, type it the way you'd say it ("went quiet", "rate dropped", "need paystubs") and the matching templates float to the top.

Make it yoursOpen a template and fill the starred fields. The Subject and Message are yours to edit, type right in them. The What you'll copy preview shows the final text live; an unfilled field reads as a [Label] placeholder.
